This is completely ridiculous. The writing here is so poorly thought out. Think about it, this crazy powerful, super influential, and highly accomplished Li wang who has a rare rainbow guard and everything, didn’t even land a single attack. He barely got near Gu before he was manhandled and crippled, he got flung around like a doll and his gaurd had zero effect against Gu. ^^^ All of this and the elders chalk it up to “Meh, he just has a super sturdy body. He’s still trash.” You trying to tell me that Li Wang, with his super powerful cultivation, all his training, everything, could be beaten so helplessly by a worthless dude with just a sturdy body? Do they not comprehend just how much of an insult that is to the cultivation culture in its entirety? What a joke. Imagine If Gu beat Yang Kai Martial Peak and that was all that Su Yan said in his defense…
Solitary Priest , it’s the same illogical thing that happens in many manhua , it just shine brighter here , because the trash talking last 3-4 chapters instead of one . In other books the village idiots and villains got as many farfetched excuses about why MC cheated , or isnt worthy , despite the proof literally stomping them in the face
