Maybe he didn’t think about that and if he transfer that power to the world, then a lot of destruction will happen, thousands of cultivators and mortals will die, including innocent ones, which he don’t want to do. Maybe, he also can’t directly transfer to the pool, without affecting the nearby areas.🤔
