Okay, hold on everyone. Keep in mind that, supposedly, the Black Dragon should still be alive, as only his previous life could even make it feel pain. That Dragon is beyond the level of even his past life, his prime. He still has a long ways to go. The reason he’s so OP is because he’s using his magic in creative ways, which is usually impossible for most people as they can only use the system.
