Pretty Shure Ali-san is somehow connected with Delkira because Sullivan chooses Iruma to be his grandson and said in the beginning to Opera, that they will know the reason behind his (Sullivan) actions soon enough. In the end of Season 2 in the anime (when Sullivan and Iruma are sitting next to each other near the market place) they are talking about the demon king and Delkira which has the same VA like Ali-san and has the same colour palette like him.
