Because from what i can REALLY REALLY tell is that he’s REALLY trying to find kevin ashton and i want to know for sure, was it rubia that raised him the first time or was it kevin ashton? I mean we saw that it was rubia that did indeed raise him that first time but, could that of been fabricated into his memory to hide the truth from him and stop him from trying to find kevin ashton?
Maybe he IS Kevin Ashton. He could also be the first emperor- or the first emperor could be an immortal apostle who is controlling the empire in the background.
There’s also the chance that he’s a real person playing a game and got trapped in it, SAO style but lost all of his memories after fully becoming a Skeleton and is gradually freeing himself of the ‘assimilation’.
