Not sure where they are going with this , beside the whole reward thing The stronger he gets he’ll always be targeted eventually so it’s not as if they can eliminate all foes in one swoop . Plus him being declared dead , basically means that his sister is unprotected , and ripe for kidnapping (even if yeah she’ll wreck most of those attempting) . Also that trick won’t work multiple times
