whelp if i shoved a halberd through your chest directly without defense I’m pretty sure anyone would die they are still human just strong enough to prevent and defend against an upcoming attack but ambushes and a spike to the head in their sleep or a sliver of poison in their tea surely no matter the strength a human is still mortal in the end
