The MC is really stuck in some dumb ways. I get that you lived your life believing that Imperial Law is absolute and will stop bad people from doing wrong, but in the past 4 to 5 days you have seen that Imperial Law means next to shit to Murim warriors and you still have the face to say “This is against Imperial Law”. In manga like this they say it is a sin to be weak. I don’t think it’s necessarily wrong for him to be weak but it is dumb to keep yelling about a law that you’ve seen time and time again isn’t effective as a deterrent.
