He mutilated the man who wanted to fight him in the bar. Him trusting the guy he went on a mission with, isn’t him not being ruthless. He didn’t see a threat from him, and even if he did, there’s nothing he could’ve done to get rid of it.
Or maybe it’s far easier for Sung Jin Woo to get stronger making it pointless for him to hold back. Also considering it took him like 3 missions to become S rank level, he had very few people who could harm him. Unless you’re blind, that obviously isn’t the case for Arthur.
At this moment I want to see that half elf dead more than the boss it self. At first they atleast had a chance at escaping with a little dmg but the guy off
