Hear me out. Someone you know just randomly gets sucked into a dangerous situation that could literally kill them especially if you weren’t there to protect them. If there was a chance that they could again get sucked into that situation, wouldn’t you want to make sure they were amply prepared in case they end up there alone? I honestly don’t see a problem with it. Level them up and make sure they’re able to take care of themselves. I’m sure he’d probably beat himself up if she ended up dyeing because he decided not to help her.
At this point you’re just looking for stuff to complain about each chapter right ? MC has been clear , she is weak yet can randomly get sucked in , as long as they did not figure it the obvious , that it’s about that nefarious app game . he knows her , so of course he’d feel responsible a bit for her , and guilty had he not helped her
