So for those of you that find this sounding a little weird- the property at the end, that’s cause it is. 1.2 million square meters is 296 acres, or over 12.9 million square feet of land. That its only going for 1million screams something wrong with it. So obviously, when they then explain so many people died, it makes sense in that regard. (Just pointing out that 2 acres of land in California is somewhere around 1 million USD, while 20 acres in places like Montana is 500 thousand USD.)
