   They did a 5 year time skip when in this time-line the zombies are evolving at a much faster pace and the second meteorite (which made things even worst) crashed in 6 months instead of 3 years.
   Right now there should either be no humans alive on the entire planet after 3 years, or every human should be at least stage 3 and the strongest ones should be stage 5 or 6 for them to have survived so far. Unless the zombies have stopped evolving.
