I think some people forgot that the code of hammurabi is a A tier relic and can barely withstand a attack from a S tier attack type relic and the anubis relic is repaired enough to keep him so he can’t be use to get an army of dead (of course it wasn’t like this a tokyo because the Mc need it) as the Mc don’t want it to take control of it user
