cant wait for the upcoming doctor scene in which some like rich sister or something is going to hire a doctor and be like “ewww hes poor and gross and is not like me so hes not a doctor” then mc will give le pill and family will be surprised then mc will say to the hired rich doctor something along the lines of “yeah its ok for not trusting me, you were just looking out for your patient” or the doctor is gonna poisen the lady and then the family will be like thx then repeat what I typed earlier
