“How could there be any demon beasts when it’s this hot?” So, these people did zero research on any beasts they might run into, have zero brain cells to think “pretty hot for a human” would be enough to discourage demon beasts, have zero experience in the magical world to not know fire oriented demon beasts exist, and have zero reason to live if they’re going to be that stupid. I just want one character in this story to have an IQ higher than a german shepherd. Why must every enemy be so stupid that they’re at risk of forgetting how to breathe? Is it truly too much to ask for the MC and his friends to face issues and have to apply some thought to win, rather than just having to have a bigger spell?
