If all the spring does for a normal person is make one hour of training equivalent to 3 days, considering he only got one session, seems like a pretty lame reward. It took him years to reach where he is now. Even if the one session was one full day, which it probably is more likely a few hours at most, it wouldn’t make a huge difference.
